Custom Plans

No one-size-fits-all HIIT workouts here. Whatever your fitness goals are, I will create a plan that's designed to help you crush those goals.
One-on-One Coaching

Receive 100% of my attention in your session. I'll guide you through each exercise, providing encouragement and correction along the way.
Online Instruction

If you prefer working out in the comfort of your own home, no problem. We can meet via Zoom. You can choose either online-only plans or a hybrid plan that is part online, part in person. To get the most out of your online sessions, you may want to get some basic gym equipment (dumbbells, kettlebells, etc) and a mat for comfort.
Assessments

As part of our initial consultation, I will take you through a series of assessments to help me understand your physical state, and along the way we will perform these same assessments so you can see how you are progressing.
Small Group Coaching

It's fun to work out with your friends! They can provide additional encouragement and motivation. I can create a workout that all of you can enjoy.
Nutrition Coaching

Getting the proper nutrients in your body is essential to a healthy lifetyle. Unfortunately, our brains are overloaded with conflicting and sometimes incorrect information about what and how we should eat. Let me help clear up the confusion so you can fuel your best self.
